3. AI Processing

Your text messages are processed using artificial intelligence to categorize, organize, and compile project reports. This processing is performed by our third-party AI provider (OpenAI). We send only the content of your messages for processing — not your personal identity information. AI-processed data is not used to train third-party models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (e.g., Twilio for SMS, OpenAI for text processing, Stripe for payments, SendGrid for email).
• Report Recipients: If you choose to share a report via the SHARE command, the report will be sent to the recipient you specify.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and project entries for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Cookies

Our web application uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. We use:

• SMS message content you send to our service is processed using AI to create organized job reports. Message content is retained only as long as needed to provide the service and generate your reports.
• We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS message content with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
• Your phone number and message data are shared only with service providers necessary to deliver the SMS service (e.g., Twilio for message delivery, OpenAI for text processing), and these providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
• You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. Text HELP for assistance.
• After opting out, we will send no further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe by texting START.
