Jobsite Tracker AI is a text-based jobsite tracking service designed for contractors. Our service allows you to log project updates, track work progress, and generate professional reports via SMS text messages or our web dashboard.
Program Name: Jobsite Tracker AI
Program Description: Jobsite Tracker AI sends SMS messages related to your jobsite tracking account, including: account notifications, project updates, and report delivery notifications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage and number of active projects, typically 1–20 messages per day.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox during account registration on our website (www.jobsitetracker.ai/signup). The checkbox is unchecked by default. The consent disclosure states: "I agree to receive SMS messages from Jobsite Tracker AI regarding account notifications, project updates, and report delivery notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not required to use our services." Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or use of the service. You may create an account and use the full web dashboard without opting in to SMS. You can also enable or disable SMS notifications at any time from your account Settings page.
Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to our number. You will receive a single confirmation message: "Jobsite Tracker AI: You have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages. Reply START to re-subscribe." After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by texting START.
Help: Text HELP to our number for assistance. You will receive: "Jobsite Tracker AI: For help, visit www.jobsitetracker.ai or email support@jobsitetracker.ai. Reply STOP to opt out." You may also contact us directly at support@jobsitetracker.ai.
Supported Carriers: Compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Mobile Information Sharing: We do not share your phone number, SMS opt-in status, or SMS message content with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
To use our service, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All plans are billed monthly. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@jobsitetracker.ai. Refund requests made after the 7-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The Jobsite Tracker AI service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data and content remain yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jobsite Tracker AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jobsite Tracker AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
